The F-35 Engine Marches On

The President doesn't want it.  The Secretary of Defense doesn't want it.  But members of the House Armed Services Committee are again writing a GE-RollsRoyce engine into the F-35 appropriation.  We may now see a fairly good heavyweight fight between two large "defense" contractors.
