Senate Resolution 380 (http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?r112:S16FE2-0044:/) promotes a more hardline stance on preventing Iran from acquiring "nuclear weapons capability" which is a long way from actually building a nuclear bomb. The resolution is being sponsored by Senators Joseph Lieberman (I-CT), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), and Pennsylvania Senator Robert Casey (D-PA).
