How Much Is That Carrier?

The bad news is that the projected cost for the first Ford-class carrier has risen to $11 billion.  The good news is that it's expected to be completed on time.  Other news is that the new electro-magnetic plane launching system (to replace those old-fashioned steam cats) may or not work.  We'll know  after the launch, and if they don't work, the whole ship will have to be torn apart to put in those old-fashioned steam cats. You can get a lot of interesting action for $11 billion!
