Do You Know ALEC?

Ever wonder about the flood of anti-99% bills sluicing through state legislatures from coast to coast?  The bills are written by a "non-profit" called ALEC,  and all the hapless state legislator has to do is put his name at the top and put it in the hopper.  And there may be a campaign contribution in it for him.
