Jed S. Rakoff is Federal District Judge for Southern New York. He recently sent the SEC back to the drawing board in their non-case against Citicorp. A fan of JFK and Harry, he believes that big Wall Street firms must take responsibility for their actions that caused the Great Recession. He is one of our new heroes.
