This map shows the new congressional districts in southeastern Pennsylvania.  Chakkah Fattah's CD-02 is interesting because it has swallowed Lower Merion Township of Montgomery County, thus relieving Rep. Gerlach of a large number of pesky Democrats.  But for sheer lunacy, you have to study the contours of the new seventh district (in dark green).  It meanders through five counties (Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Lancaster and Berks).  It bisects Upper Merion Township.  There has never been a district quite like it.
