We want a "peace economy" that creates jobs, invests in our communities, restores and improves public services, saves the environment, and builds the infrastucture. The Government Accountability Office said Friday that the Defense Department has no idea where billions of dollars have gone. Leon Panetta says we shouldn't cut defense spending, but can't say why.
