Connecticut Does Something About Transition

The link is to a video of Miriam Pemberton, director of the Institute of Policy Studies, talking with a Progressive Democrats of America meeting about the exciting new legislation just passed in Connecticut to ease the state's transition from a war economy to a peace economy and to restore its once robust manufacturing sector.  This would be a wonderful goal for the other 49 states and for the federal government.
