If You Don't Like The Facts, Withdraw Them

The Congressional Budget office came up with a report that indicated that cutting income taxes on the rich would not encourage growth.  The aides to Senator McConnell objected to unfair language - terms like "the rich" and "Bush tax cuts."   So they got the report recalled.  But now the NY Times has it.
