This article will appear in tomorrow's New York Times and will tell of yet another troublesome example of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's strange take on judicial ethics. Like Caesar's wife, a Supreme Court Justice should be above suspicion, but Thomas and his Tea Party wife seem unaware of that expectation. One hopes someone investigates this.
