We Need A Nuclear Elimination Treaty

Reasons you might not have thought of why we need to eliminate the possibility of nuclear exchanges.  And this doesn't even mention the considerable cost of maintaining (and updating) our existing stockpile. This cost doesn't show up in the Pentagon  budget because it is the responsibility of the Department of Energy.
