Marc Bittman On Climate Change

Marc Bittman doesn't just write well about food.  His column about climate change certainly deserves attention, as does Bill McKibbens's article to be published in Rolling Stone today.  We have to all  become environmental activists.  We have to all identify the fossil-fuel industry as our mortal enemy.
