Kristoff On The Causes Of Cancer

Lately we've seen dozens of Penn State students with coffee cans collecting money to "fight cancer."  We get frequent phone calls about it too.  But "fighting cancer" seems to involve things like chemotherapy, radiation, and hospital care.  It  never seems to be about finding and eliminating the causes of cancer.  Nicholas Kristoff today writes about a known cause of cancer: formaldehyde.  But Dow, and Dupont, and big energy have been fighting a long, and so far successful, campaign to hide that fact and suppress research on the subject.  Sound like cigarettes and big tobacco?  Same tactics.  Read Kristoff and start demanding some answers.
