We want a "peace economy" that creates jobs, invests in our communities, restores and improves public services, saves the environment, and builds the infrastucture. Even The Economist smells something bad. Barclays has gotten a giant fine for rate-fixing, and now the scandal is crossing the Atlantic. Big trouble for someone.
