Growing Income Inequality

This is a review by Benjamin M. Friedman (economics professor at Harvard) of Timothy Noah's new book, "The Great Divergence: America's Growing Inequality Crisis and What We Can Do About It."  He ends by saying "How much inequality can the Republic stand before the social and political fabric frays?....The worst thing we could do to the Great Divergence is get used to it."
